As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately selecting and organizing products for shipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Selecting Products:** You will pick items from shelves based on order lists, ensuring you choose the correct quantity and items needed for each shipment.

- **Inventory Management:** You will help maintain accurate inventory levels by reporting any discrepancies in stock and assisting in tracking product availability.

- **Packing Orders:** After picking, you will carefully pack the items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and protected to prevent damage during transit.

- **Keeping Work Area Clean:** It is important to maintain a tidy workspace, which includes organizing products and disposing of packing materials properly.

- **Following Safety Guidelines:** You will follow all safety policies and procedures while working in the warehouse to create a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and should be male. Since this position is entry-level, no prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn is essential. You should be detail-oriented and capable of working quickly and efficiently in a team environment. Basic understanding of inventory processes is a plus, but training will be provided. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic are also important for success in this role.
