Fresher hiring for Picker

We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Belgharia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking Orders: You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory based on order lists, ensuring the correct products are prepared for dispatch.

- Quality Checking: After picking, you will inspect items for any damage or defects, making sure that only high-quality goods are sent to customers.

- Organizing Inventory: You will help maintain a neat and organized work area by returning items to their correct places after picking and assisting in restocking supplies.

- Using Equipment: At times, you may be required to use equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks to assist with handling large items or bulk orders.

- Team Collaboration: You will work alongside other team members and report to your supervisor, ensuring effective communication, especially if there are issues with item availability.
