We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Belgharia. This full-time role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Picking Orders**: You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory based on order lists, ensuring the correct products are prepared for dispatch.

- **Quality Checking**: After picking, you will inspect items for any damage or defects, making sure that only high-quality goods are sent to customers.

- **Organizing Inventory**: You will help maintain a neat and organized work area by returning items to their correct places after picking and assisting in restocking supplies.

- **Using Equipment**: At times, you may be required to use equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks to assist with handling large items or bulk orders.

- **Team Collaboration**: You will work alongside other team members and report to your supervisor, ensuring effective communication, especially if there are issues with item availability.
