Face-to-Face For Picker Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Jhotwara, Jaipur. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with little or no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for fresh candidates.

As a Picker, you will be responsible for gathering products from the warehouse and preparing them for order fulfillment. Your main duties will include picking items accurately according to order specifications, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of products are selected, and reporting any discrepancies. To succeed in this role, you should have good attention to detail, as accuracy is essential when selecting items. Strong communication skills are important for working effectively with your team and other departments. Physical stamina is required since this role involves standing for long periods and lifting items of various weights. Additionally, the ability to follow instructions and work independently is crucial, as you will often be expected to complete tasks without constant supervision.
