the jr php & front-end developer supports the development & delivery of internal & external website solutions. the jr php & front-end developer is a talented html, css, javascript & php,who has experience working with teams that produce cross-device, cross-platform web sites.

one who will work alongside other developers, collaborating on the various layers of development cycle. back-end skills should include working with php, mysql & nosql databases, as well as integrating 3rd party data streams into websites. front-end skills should include being able to solve issues that relate to layout, browser compatibility, browsing performance & they should be able to diagnose & fix javascript errors. they will have the opportunity to work closely with both front- & back-end teams.

can also :

- uphold & follow the teams a quality control process

- collaborate with the rest of the team to design & launch new features

- maintain code integrity & organization can also wo with graphic designers

- convert designs to html elements, underst&, follow & implement security & data protection best practices (gdpr,owasp)

- have experience with back-end programming languages like php & mysql

- be familiar with wordpress development (custom themes, templates, plugins),php design patterns, oops & data structure

- have experience with vanilla javascript & jquery

- use git for collaborative code versioning

- administer & maintain staging & production database & web servers

- take direction from the php lead, front-end lead & tech team lead

- use gulp, node & npm, 3rd party apis to integrate embedded functionality like google maps

experience required

- working experience in coding, testing & implementing coding, testing & implementing code changes, problem solving, bug resolution

- responsive web development & web based php

- knowledge of mysql

- one should have professional & technical understanding to support & raise the standard of the development team.
