About the role:

This role is for a PHP developer who can lead backend development. We are looking for someone with good experience in PHP Codeigniter, LARAVEL, JAVASCRIPT Framework, JQeury and a penchant for user experience

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Delivery of Assigned Tasks

2. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development

efficiency.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

4. Unit-testing code for robustness, including usability, and general reliability

5. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

6. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.

7. Attend Scrum meetings

8. Code Review, GIT Implementation and Code Deployment on Staging and Production server.

9. Exploring or Research on new tools and technology to strengthen the product performance, feature and quality.

Skill(s) required:

- Strong experience on CorePHP, MVC Framewokrs (CodeIgniter, Laravel), MYSQL & Javascript skills. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Pro-active & responsible in approach. Good Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities. Ownership and leadership attitude.

- Previous experience in development of high-end web applications in PHP, MYSQL and AJAX.

- Strong knowledge of MySQL databases, including their construction, stored procedures, triggers and performance management

- Solid Linux background (Ubuntu)

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, preferably jQuery

- Strong PHP skills, both in scripting and object orientation (OOPS).
