Job Profile:-

1) Manage ERP & SFA database (responsibility includes daily database backup & periodically upgrade of ERP versions).

2) Give Users support in ERP & SFA.

3) Create Separate Database for Organizational MIS requirements (Syncing of ERP & SFA data to MIS-Database as per different departments KPI & KRA defined).

4) Integration of ERP & SFA database with third party application whenever required.

5) Create Mobile/Web Applications if required to delivery dashboard to different departments/HODs.
