**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Photo Retouching:** Edit and enhance photos to remove blemishes, improve colors, and create a polished final product that meets the project's requirements.

- **Image Manipulation:** Use advanced Photoshop techniques to combine images or change backgrounds, ensuring a seamless and professional look.

- **Layout Design:** Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing layouts for advertisements, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

- **File Management:** Organize and maintain image files, ensuring easy access and proper version control for efficient workflow.

- **Quality Control:** Review edited photos for consistency and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet high standards.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
