My Album Zone is a growing personalized gifting brand in Bangalore specializing in customized gifts such as photo frames, sublimation products, badges, corporate gifts, school graduation frames, LED gifts, and more.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photoshop Designer who understands personalization layouts and production-ready design.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

Design customized gifts using Adobe Photoshop

Create print-ready files for:

Photo frames

Sublimation mugs & t-shirts

MDF products

Badges

Acrylic products

Corporate gifts

Background removal and photo editing

Color correction & print-quality optimization

Work with customers€™ images and convert them into attractive designs

Prepare mockups for website & social media

Coordinate with production team for accurate output

Maintain organized file naming and storage system

Handle urgent same-day orders when required

🔹 Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop

Good knowledge of:

Layer management

Clipping masks

Smart objects

Color modes (CMYK/RGB)

Print setup & bleed settings

Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW (added advantage)

Experience in personalized gifting industry preferred

Fast editing speed with accuracy

Good sense of typography and layout

‚¹12,000 €“ ‚¹20,000 per month (Based on experience & speed)

Performance bonus during peak seasons

🔹 Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred)

Knowledge of sublimation design requirements

Basic video editing for Instagram reels

Knowledge of mockup creation

Experience in e-commerce product listing creatives
