Perform venous and capillary blood collection following approved SOPs

Ensure correct patient identification, labeling, and traceability of sample

Required Qualification

DMLT / BMLT or equivalent recognized qualification

Trained in phlebotomy techniques

Registration with relevant authority (if applicable)

Proven phlebotomy competency
