- 12th Pass education or equivalent: Candidates for this position should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate basic education and qualification for the role.
- 1-7 years of experience in phlebotomy: Previous experience in drawing blood from patients is preferred for this role to ensure proficiency and efficiency in performing phlebotomy procedures.
