*Job Title: Laboratory Helper (Phlebotomy) Male only*

*Job Description:*

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our pathological laboratory team as a Laboratory Helper.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients both within and outside the laboratory.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and hygienic manner

- Assist with sample processing and preparation for testing

- Basic computer operations and data entry

- Communicate effectively with patients and laboratory staff

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

*Eligibility Criteria:*

- 10th pass with basic communication skills

- Freshers are welcome

- Basic computer knowledge is essential

- Willingness to work in a laboratory setting and travel for sample collection

- Prior experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but not mandatory

*Skills Required:*

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
