Job description:

Should have at least Diploma in Medical Lab Technology.

To identify the patient before performing a collection.

To screen and collect blood from the patients.

To collect the correct amount of blood for the ordered test.

To label the collection correctly.

To choose the appropriate collection equipment.

To communicate and interact effectively with patients and other medical professionals.

To make patients comfortable during the procedure and to monitor vital signs.

To maintain the integrity of the sample and collect an adequate amount.

It is a sitting job but Should be comfortable doing a home visit, if needed.
