Key Responsibilities:

- Blood Collection: Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures to collect blood samples accurately while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

- Sample Handling: Label and handle blood samples correctly to maintain their integrity and prepare them for testing.

- Patient Interaction: Communicate with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and alleviate any concerns they may have about blood draws.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of blood collections and patient information for tracking purposes and to ensure compliance with safety standards.

- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all phlebotomy equipment is clean, functional, and stocked to support efficient sample collection processes.
