Job Description

As a Pharmacy Incharge, your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of the pharmacy and ensure that all services run smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Supervise Daily Operations:** Oversee the daily activities of the pharmacy to ensure proper workflow, including managing staff and pharmacy activities.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and ensuring medication is stored properly to prevent shortages.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent service to customers by assisting them with medications, answering queries, and addressing any concerns they may have.

- **Compliance Assurance:** Ensure that the pharmacy complies with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and state laws related to pharmaceuticals.

- **Staff Training:** Train and guide staff members to uphold pharmacy procedures and provide high-quality care to patients.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain records of all transactions and prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

- **Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:** Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide appropriate medications and ensure patient well-being.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a supervisory role. A minimum education of 10th grade is necessary.
