Hiring Freshers || Pharmacist Trainee

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting senior pharmacists: Support experienced pharmacists in dispensing medication, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

2. Customer service: Interact with customers, answer their queries, and provide guidance on medication use and dosage.

3. Prescription review: Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness before dispensing medication to ensure patient safety.

4. Learning and training: Undergo training programs to enhance knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medical terminology, and healthcare laws.

5. Inventory management: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring proper storage conditions, and tracking expiry dates to prevent wastage.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Educational background: Degree in Pharmacy or relevant field like BDS, ma, or to understand pharmacology and medical principles.

2. Attention to detail: Ability to accurately review prescriptions, dispense correct medication, and maintain precise inventory records.

3. Communication skills: Good communication skills to interact with customers, healthcare professionals, and team members effectively.

4. Learning attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, regulations, and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry.

5. Team player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues, follow instructions, and contribute to the efficient functioning of the pharmacy.
