Job Role and Responsibilities:

? Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking their Validity and legality.

? Prescription digitization in OMS screen

? Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.

? Educate the customers on Medicines dosage

? Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines

? Handle inbound and outbound calls

Desired Skills

? Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules

? Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs

? Good communication skills
