Key Responsibilities:

1. **Dispensing Medications**: Prepare, label, and dispense prescribed medications accurately to patients, ensuring proper dosages and formulations.

2. **Counseling Patients**: Offer guidance on medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions while fostering a trustworthy relationship with customers.

3. **Health Assessments**: Conduct thorough health consultations to understand patient needs and provide personalized recommendations.

4. **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prescriptions, patient profiles, and medication inventory to comply with pharmacy regulations.

5. **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage stock levels of medications and supplies, placing orders as necessary to prevent shortages.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a relevant graduate degree in pharmacy. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service are essential. You should also be able to work efficiently in a team atmosphere, adapting quickly to changing needs. A basic understanding of pharmacy management software is a plus.
