Job Description

To manage and oversee the day-to-day operations that take place within the pharmacy and to dispense medications as the order comes in.

To coordinate and to provide a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers

Ensure the inventory is maintained and recorded and that there is no shrinkage

Compiling Sales Reports: Responsible for producing various sales reports/ customer wise reports / Adhoc reports using a variety of parameters

Resolving Customer Complaints: Quick resolution of customer complaints and thus enhancing customer loyalty
