Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans: As a PGT Hindi teacher, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans that are not only informative but also interesting and engaging for students.
2. Assess students' progress: Regularly assess students' understanding of the Hindi language and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure each student is grasping the concepts effectively.
3. Create a positive learning environment: Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions.

Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi or related field: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a Master's degree in Hindi or a related subject.
2. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi are essential for effectively conveying information to students.
3. Patience and empathy: Must have a patient and empathetic approach to teaching, as well as the ability to understand and address the individual needs of each student.
