We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, foster scientific curiosity, and ensure academic excellence aligned with CBSE/MP State Board standards.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
o Deliver well-structured lessons in Chemistry for Classes XIXII.
o Prepare students for board examinations with a focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving.
o Integrate practical experiments and laboratory work into teaching.
Curriculum & Compliance
o Develop lesson plans in line with CBSE/MP Board syllabus and school policies.
o Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and internal assessments.
o Ensure compliance with academic and laboratory safety norms.
Student Development
o Mentor students in science projects, Olympiads, and competitive exam preparation (NEET/JEE).
o Provide motivational feedback and encourage inquiry-based learning.
o Support holistic development through participation in school activities.
Collaboration & Administration
o Coordinate with fellow faculty members for interdisciplinary projects.
o Assist in preparing inspector-ready documentation and compliance charts.
o Contribute to parent-teacher meetings and academic campaigns.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
o Masters Degree in Chemistry (.) from a recognized university.
o . or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for CBSE compliance).
Experience
o Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level preferred.
o Fresh postgraduates with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
Strong command over Chemistry concepts and practical applications.
Ability to design engaging lesson plans and laboratory experiments.
Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi for bilingual notices).
