Petrol Pump Supervisor- Full Time

Petrol Pump Supervisor:-

 Build teamwork under his supervision in station operation, liaising with client

departments and customers; to improve facilities, reduce the incidence of costly

breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of

gasoline stations, personnel, and construction processes.

 Directly reported to the Chief Supervisor and are responsible for day-to-day

station’s activity and operations in his place of assignment.

 Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the station’s

premises (mosque, labor accommodation, toilets, and the whole area of the

station).

 Supervising and responsible for all the shift labors, duty assignment,

arrangement, and monitoring.

 Ensure that Gas attendants / Labors adhere to station policies and procedures

like wearing the prescribed uniform with cap and shoes.

 Maintaining and checking that all gas stations equipment, safety tools, lights,

sign boards are in good condition and working properly. If mechanical problem,

faulty occurs and arise should be immediately reported to the Chief Supervisor.

 Involved in controlling Fuel losses, maintenance tools, stores, and equipment

costs; and monitoring devices and occasionally of items that will help in

maintenance, carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
