Petrol Pump Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a Petrol Pump Manager for our location in Chandil. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience and must have completed their 12th grade. This full-time position requires a male candidate, who will work from the office at the petrol pump.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the petrol pump, ensuring smooth functioning and high service standards.

- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to safety regulations.

- Inventory Control: Monitor fuel and merchandise inventory levels, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages and manage costs effectively.

- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons visiting the petrol pump.

- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers, while complying with all regulatory requirements.

- Financial Reporting: Handle financial transactions, maintain proper records, and prepare reports to assess sales performance and profitability.

- Promote Sales Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase fuel sales and promote additional services offered at the pump.

The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of retail management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The candidate must also be detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high operational standards. Prior experience in the automotive or retail sectors will be advantageous.
