Looking For Petrol Pump Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Petrol Pump Manager for our facility located in Chandil. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 10 years of experience in the fuel retail industry and be well-versed in overseeing daily operations at a petrol pump.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee all activities at the petrol pump, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.

- Manage Staff: Lead and guide a team of employees, conducting training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance productivity.

- Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and order supplies as necessary to prevent shortages, ensuring that the pump is always well-stocked.

- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality service for customers by addressing their queries and resolving complaints effectively.

- Financial Management: Handle cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure that sales are documented properly.
