Key Responsibilities

Fuel Dispensing & Customer Service

Fuel Refueling: Dispense exact quantities of petrol, diesel, or CNG into customer vehicles as per requested value/liter amounts while resetting dispenser meters to zero before every pump operation.

Customer Interaction: Greet incoming motorists politely, assist with tank opening, offer windshield cleaning or oil level checks where applicable, and guide vehicles smoothly across filling bays.

Safety Adherence: Strictly enforce fuel station safety rules (ensuring vehicle engines are off, prohibiting smoking/phone usage near pumps, and maintaining fire extinguisher readiness).

Cash Collection & Shift Reconciliation

Payment Processing: Accept payment accurately through Cash, POS Card Machines, and QR/UPI scanners (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm).

Shift Cash Handover: Maintain shift collections securely, count total cash at the end of the shift, reconcile pump meter readings against total sales, and deposit funds to the station supervisor.

Forecourt Cleanliness: Keep the dispensing island, hose pipes, air filling stations, and surrounding pump areas clean and clear of spills.
