Apply appropriate shampoos and grooming products based on the pet's coat and skin condition.
Pet Handling & Care
Handle dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments safely.
Calm and comfort anxious or nervous pets.
Monitor pets for any signs of illness, injury, parasites, or skin conditions and report observations to management or pet owners.
Ensure pets remain safe throughout the grooming process.
Customer Service
Welcome customers professionally.
Understand customer grooming preferences and requirements.
Educate pet owners about grooming schedules and home care.
Recommend suitable grooming packages and pet care products.
Salon Hygiene & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming stations and equipment.
Sterilize tools after each grooming session.
Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Ensure compliance with animal welfare guidelines.
Equipment Maintenance
Operate grooming tools including:
Clippers
Scissors
Dryers
Nail grinders
Grooming tables
Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
