10th Pass Freshers For Pest Control Technician

We are looking for a dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Mumbai. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and who have completed at least the 10th grade.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inspect Properties:** Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and problem areas, ensuring that all locations are properly assessed for pest-related issues.

- **Apply Treatments:** Use various pest control methods and products to eliminate pests, ensuring the safety of the environment and adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols during treatment.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly clean and maintain pest control equipment and tools to ensure effective treatment and compliance with health standards, reducing the risk of equipment failure.

- **Document Findings:** Keep detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and follow-up visits, which helps in tracking the effectiveness of pest control measures and aids in customer communication.

- **Educate Clients:** Provide helpful advice to clients about pest prevention and maintenance, promoting best practices to avoid future infestations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Basic knowledge of pest control methods and safety practices is a plus but not mandatory for candidates with little experience.

- Strong observational skills to identify pest problems and determine treatment needs.

- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain services provided.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing reliability in completing tasks promptly.

- Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough inspections and effective treatments.
