we are looking for a passionate and dynamic personality development coach to guide children aged 4 to 15 years in building confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and positive behavior. the ideal candidate should have experience in child development, psychology, or related fields, and be able to deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions that foster growth in both younger and older kids.

key responsibilities:

• design and deliver engaging sessions tailored to different age groups (4–7, 8–11, 12–15).

• teach soft skills such as communication, confidence building, emotional regulation, teamwork, leadership, etiquette, and self-awareness.

• use interactive activities (games, role plays, storytelling, debates, visual aids) to enhance learning.

• track progress and provide constructive feedback to children and parents.

• collaborate with parents and the team to develop customized plans for individual needs.

• create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for every child.
