required skills and expectations:
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- proficient in microsoft office suite
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- previous experience as a personal assistant or secretary preferred, but not required
