Personal Assistant to MD.

Job description:

* Good Looking, Pleasing personality, with a willingness to serve.

* Good command over Tamil and English and Hindi. ( Telugu / Hindi would be an added advantage)

* Should be willing to travel (within India) with MD to meet Producers, Financiers, Actor , Actress, business partners and Location visit.

* Should be willing to look at the job as a 24 X 7 responsibility

* Should have good command over MS Excel, MS Word and working knowledge of Power Point

* should be able to keep track of appointments etc

* should be able to handle pressure.

* Attend phone calls and take messages on behalf of the MD.

* Screen emails and letters which are received before passing to the MD if necessary.

* Schedule appointments and set up venues for the same.

* Coordinate all travel arrangements( booking tickets in Train, Flight, Bus, Hotels) when required.

* Taking notes and minutes of meetings.

* Creating reports using information and data provided for presentation.

* Maintain an efficient filing system

* Co ordinating and Supervising the Shoot spot.

* outstation candidates can be provided accommodation.
