Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

This position will be assigned to one of the Enterprise Complaints PEGA scrum teams attending scrum ceremonies and completing stories assigned during sprints.

Maintaining and modernizing the Enterprise Complaints PEGA application to meet the needs of stakeholders from multiple CoSAs. This will include working with the scrum team and product owners to design and implement solutions in PEGA.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must Have: Pega Development/Design/Implement/Architecture; Certification; Java; Talon Platform (OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes); Scrum/Agile.

Data Engineer with strong python.

Amazon Redshift.

AWS Lake Formation.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, DocumentDB.

Soft skills: Looking for someone who can mentor and is excited about data lake formation and Machine Learning/AI in the future.

PEGA Development and Architecture.

Talon/Java, Scrum/Agile.

Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid to large-sized custom implementation projects.

Leads execution for a complex technical project. Oversees and leads a team of lead developers and senior developers.

Responsible for the overall monitoring and coordination of all the coding activities on the project.

Develop prototypes and evaluate alternate technical alternatives. Structures the technical work for a medium to high-complexity project.

Has expert knowledge of IT architecture principles and collaborates with the architecture team in the design of systems and application programs.

Establishes and communicates technical goals and direction for the team. Acts as a source of direction, training, and guidance for less experienced staff.

Possesses a deep understanding of SDLC and application architecture concepts.
