As a Pediatrician, you will play a vital role in the health and well-being of children. - **Administer Vaccinations**: Ensure children receive necessary vaccinations according to health guidelines to prevent diseases.

- **Monitor Growth and Development**: Track developmental progress and growth to guarantee that children meet age-appropriate milestones.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- You should hold an MD in Medicine with a focus on pediatrics and have 1 to 5 years of clinical experience.

- Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with children and their families.

- Compassion and patience are critical traits to create a supportive and trusting environment for young patients and their guardians.

- You must be detail-oriented, able to manage patient records accurately, and stay updated with the latest pediatric health guidelines and treatments.

- You should be ready to work full-time in an office setting, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
