Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Pediatrician to join our team in Rupnagar, Punjab, India. This full-time role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced professionals who are dedicated to the health and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Health Assessments: Evaluate children’s growth and development through regular check-ups and physical examinations to ensure they are healthy and thriving.

- Diagnose and Treat Illnesses: Identify medical conditions in children and provide appropriate treatment or refer them to specialists when necessary to ensure their proper care.

- Guide Parents: Offer advice to parents on child nutrition, hygiene, and development, helping them understand how to foster a healthy environment for their children.

- Administer Vaccinations: Ensure that children receive necessary vaccinations on schedule to protect them from communicable diseases as per healthcare guidelines.

- Maintain Medical Records: Accurately document patient information in medical records, ensuring all data is up to date and accessible for ongoing care.

Required Skills and Expectations:

A successful Pediatrician should possess excellent communication skills to effectively connect with children and their parents. A strong foundation in pediatric medicine and a passion for improving child health is vital. The ability to handle stressful situations and remain patient is essential. Also, the candidate should work well in a team and be committed to continuous learning and professional growth in pediatrics. Qualification MD/DNB/ in Pediatrics Package is LPM - 3 LPM .
