Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to provide high-quality medical care to children in Poonch, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The ideal candidate will work with patients of all ages, from newborns to adolescents, ensuring their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose illnesses, and manage treatment plans tailored to children's specific needs.

2. Health Education: Educate parents and guardians about their child's health, growth, and development, providing guidance on issues like nutrition and vaccinations.

3. Monitoring Growth: Track physical and emotional development, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any concerns early on.

4. Emergency Response: Provide immediate care in emergency situations, ensuring quick and effective treatment for acute conditions.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with specialists and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in Pediatrics and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We welcome both new graduates and experienced professionals with 0 to 6 years of experience. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will be interacting with children and their families daily. The candidate should also demonstrate compassion, patience, and a commitment to providing the best pediatric care. Knowledge of current medical guidelines and practices in pediatrics is crucial to ensure effective treatment and care. Qualification MD/DNB in Pediatrics . its a day care clinic 8-10 bedded OPD & Day care IPD only, Day care Admissions. Package is LPM With Accommodation .
