Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatrician to join our medical team in Kaithal, Haryan, India. This role is ideal for new graduates as well as those with up to six years of experience. The Pediatrician will provide essential healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care:** Conduct thorough examinations of young patients to assess their health, diagnose illnesses, and recommend treatment plans.

- **Vaccination:** Administer vaccines in line with health regulations to protect children against preventable diseases.

- **Health Education:** Educate parents on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and disease prevention to ensure the overall well-being of their children.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient visits, diagnoses, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a Post Graduate degree in Pediatrics. Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with both children and parents. A compassionate attitude towards patient care and a commitment to ongoing learning are crucial. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team in an office setting. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage stressful situations will greatly enhance success in this role. Qualification MD/DNB in Pediatrics .
