Key Responsibilities:

2. **Repairing PCBs**: Perform soldering and desoldering to replace damaged components on circuit boards. This requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the functionality of the repaired boards.

3. **Quality Control**: Conduct tests on repaired boards to ensure they meet quality standards. The technician must document results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

4. **Maintaining Tools and Equipment**: Keep repair tools and workspace organized and clean. Proper maintenance of equipment is essential to ensure efficiency and accuracy in repairs.
