The candidate should be technically strong in fit, grading, measurements, and well-versed in TUKAtech software, ensuring accuracy and consistency across job workers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and finalize patterns for men€™s garments (shirts, trousers, casual wear, formal wear, etc.)Create base patterns, size sets, and graded patterns as per buyer or brand specificationsEnsure perfect fit, measurements, and construction feasibilityCoordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teamsSupport outsourced units / job workers by clarifying pattern-related issuesConduct fit trials and sample correctionsMinimize fabric wastage through accurate pattern planningMaintain pattern records and revisions digitally in TUKAtechGuide junior pattern masters / sampling tailors if requiredEnsure timelines are met for sampling and bulk productionSkills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in Men€™s Wear Pattern MakingHands-on experience in TUKAtech softwareExcellent understanding of garment construction & fabricsStrong knowledge of grading rules and size chartsAbility to handle outsourced production challengesGood communication with job workers and internal teamsProblem-solving and attention to detailEligibility & Experience10 to 13 years of relevant experience in men€™s apparelPrior experience working with outsourcing / job work units is mandatoryDiploma / Certification in Pattern Making or Garment Technology preferredJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
