Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pattern Master specializing in mens apparel, who can independently handle pattern development for outsourced production. The candidate should be technically strong in fit, grading, measurements, and well-versed in TUKAtech software, ensuring accuracy and consistency across job workers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and finalize patterns for mens garments (shirts, trousers, casual wear, formal wear, etc.)

Create base patterns, size sets, and graded patterns as per buyer or brand specifications

Ensure perfect fit, measurements, and construction feasibility

Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, and production teams

Support outsourced units / job workers by clarifying pattern-related issues

Conduct fit trials and sample corrections

Minimize fabric wastage through accurate pattern planning

Maintain pattern records and revisions digitally in TUKAtech

Guide junior pattern masters / sampling tailors if required

Ensure timelines are met for sampling and bulk production

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in Mens Wear Pattern Making

Hands-on experience in TUKAtech software

Excellent understanding of garment construction & fabrics

Strong knowledge of grading rules and size charts

Ability to handle outsourced production challenges

Good communication with job workers and internal teams

Problem-solving and attention to detail

Eligibility & Experience

10 to 13 years of relevant experience in mens apparel

Prior experience working with outsourcing / job work units is mandatory

Diploma / Certification in Pattern Making or Garment Technology preferred
