Patient Relation Executive(Floor Coordinator) with hospital experience is must
- Personally handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information
- Provide an effective communication link between Client and medical staff
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail.
Confident with a pleasing personality
- Self motivated individuals to achieve targets
- Good communication & Presentation Skills
- To greet the Clients approaching them for assistance
- Identify the complaints, investigate and inform to the concern department
- To be aware of the Scope of Services that the Clinic offers
- To guide the Clients with the information of the services
- Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
Should have 2-5 years of relevant hospital or Hotel Industry experience.
