We are looking for a compassionate, articulate Patient Counselor to join our team at Aristo EyeCare! If you excel at converting doctor recommendations into clear patient understanding and easing surgical anxieties, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Counseling patients on diagnostic tests, surgical procedures (., Cataract, LASIK, Cornea Care), and premium IOL options.

Explaining treatment plans, procedure costs, financial options, and insurance coverage clearly.

Addressing patient concerns, guiding them through pre and post-operative steps, and scheduling surgeries.

Collaborating with our ophthalmologists and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in patient counseling within the hospital sector (Ophthalmology/Eye Care experience strongly preferred).

Strong persuasive communication and active listening skills.

Empathetic approach with a deep understanding of patient psychology and care coordination.

Good organizational skills and familiarity with hospital workflow.
