Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Painter with experience in fiberglass painting and PU (Polyurethane) coatings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to fiberglass products, ensuring smooth, durable, and defect-free surfaces while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning, and priming fiberglass products.

2. Apply fiberglass paint and PU coatings evenly using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.

3. Mix paints, pigments, and coatings as per specifications and production requirements.

4, Ensure consistent color matching, finish quality, and thickness.

5. Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups when necessary.

6. Maintain painting equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.

7. Follow safety procedures for handling paints, solvents, and other chemicals.

8. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in industrial/commercial painting environments.

2. Knowledge of different paint types, coatings, and curing processes.

3. Ability to read and interpret color specifications and technical sheets.
