Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Paediatrician to join our team in Ponnamaravathi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about children's health and have recently completed their medical education.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Regular Check-Ups:** You will perform routine health examinations on infants, children, and adolescents to monitor growth and development, ensuring they are on track for healthy milestones.

- **Diagnose and Treat Illnesses:** You will assess patients' conditions, order necessary tests, and develop treatment plans for various childhood diseases and disorders.

- **Provide Immunizations:** You will administer vaccines to protect children from preventable diseases, following established immunization schedules.

- **Educate Parents and Caregivers:** You will offer guidance to parents on best practices for child health, nutrition, and safety, helping them make informed decisions.

- **Manage Child Health Records:** You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patients, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

- **Collaborate with Other Health Professionals:** You will work closely with nurses, specialists, and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The successful candidate should hold an MD in Medicine with a strong focus on paediatrics. We expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with children and their families. A compassionate nature and patience are crucial, as you will be working with young patients. Familiarity with pediatric medical practices and knowledge of various childhood illnesses will be essential. Additionally, being a team player and managing time efficiently will help you thrive in this role.
