We are looking for a Packing Operator to join our team in Ludhiana. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are packed correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pack Products: You will be responsible for packing items according to established guidelines, ensuring they are secure and ready for shipment to prevent damage during transit.

- Quality Checks: Conduct regular checks on packed items to ensure they meet our quality standards and report any defects or issues to your supervisor.

- Maintain Work Area: Keep your workspace clean and organized, following all health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

- Assist with Inventory: Help with counting and organizing packing materials and products, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked for efficient packing operations.

- Follow Instructions: Adhere to packing instructions provided by supervisors, ensuring consistency in the packing process to maintain product integrity.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required.

You should be detail-oriented, with the ability to follow specific packing guidelines. Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination are needed, as the role involves repetitive tasks and lifting.
