Job Title: Picker and Packer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate must have proper knowledge of packaging materials and packing standards to ensure products are handled safely, packed correctly, and dispatched without damage.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick products from warehouse shelves as per order sheets.

Verify product codes, quantities, and specifications before packing.

Pack items securely using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, stretch film, tape, etc.).

Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and barcode placement.

Follow packaging guidelines based on product type (fragile, liquid, electronic, etc.).

Inspect items for damage before packing and report any issues.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

Assist in loading and unloading shipments when required.

Ensure orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time.

Follow company safety and warehouse procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year experience as a Picker/Packer or warehouse staff preferred.

Proper knowledge of packaging materials and packing techniques.

Understanding of fragile item handling and protective packaging.

Basic knowledge of shipping labels and dispatch processes.
