Packaging Engineer - Pithampur Industrial Area Dhar

Ensure packaging materials meet all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company specifications.

Identify cost-saving opportunities in packaging materials without compromising quality and performance.

Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new and existing packaging solutions.

Perform regular quality checks and audits on packaging materials.

Maintain hold material area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Prepare Material Quality and Delivery Specification for new suppliers.

Manage supplier complaints. Conduct investigations for each complaint and facilitate RCA and CAPA for each justified complaint. Maintain action tracker and follow up regularly.

Check and release printed and non-printed material as per Swara SOP.

Address and resolve packaging-related issues in the production process.

Provide technical support to manufacturing teams.
