As an OT Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting operating room activities and ensuring a smooth process for surgical teams. Your responsibilities include:

- **Preparing the Operating Room**: Set up and maintain a sterile environment by arranging surgical instruments and equipment as per protocols before surgeries.

- **Assisting during Surgeries**: Help surgeons and nurses with instruments, sutures, and other supplies during procedures, ensuring that everything is readily available.

- **Post-Operative Clean-Up**: Ensure the operating room is cleaned and disinfected after each surgery, ready for the next procedure.

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly check and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or need for repairs to the supervisor.

- **Patient Care Support**: Prepare patients for surgery by helping them get ready and educating them about the procedure as needed.
