Freshers & Experience || Full Time || OT Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and arrange the operation theatre before surgical procedures.

Ensure the availability, cleanliness, sterilization, and proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment.

Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OT nurses during surgical procedures as required.

Maintain aseptic techniques and sterile conditions in the operation theatre.

Handle, arrange, and transfer surgical instruments safely.

Check the functionality of anesthesia equipment, monitors, suction apparatus, and other OT equipment within the assigned scope.

Ensure the availability of surgical supplies, consumables, and emergency equipment.

Follow infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and hospital safety protocols.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of surgical instruments and operation theatre procedures.

Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control.

Familiarity with OT equipment and sterilization methods.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in emergency and high-pressure situations.
