Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Orthopedician to join our team in Mannarkkad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and will provide expert care to patients with musculoskeletal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Diagnosis of Conditions**: Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic conditions through physical examinations and imaging tests, such as X-rays and MRIs, ensuring accurate assessments for treatment.

- **Treatment Planning**: Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ specific needs, considering both surgical and non-surgical options to enhance recovery.

- **Surgical Procedures**: Perform surgical procedures when necessary, demonstrating precision and care in orthopedic surgery to address fractures, joint issues, and mobility concerns.

- **Patient Education**: Inform and educate patients about their conditions, potential treatments, and rehabilitation processes, helping them make informed decisions about their health.

- **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor patient recovery and progress after treatments or surgeries, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal healing.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The candidate must hold a relevant medical degree and possess strong knowledge of orthopedic principles and practices.
