Orthopedic Surgeon - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our medical team in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in orthopedic surgery.

As an Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders, injuries, and diseases affecting the musculoskeletal system. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical orthopedic care.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Evaluation: Diagnose and assess conditions involving bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and the spine.

Surgical Procedures: Perform orthopedic surgeries for fractures, trauma cases, joint disorders, and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and conservative management approaches.

Postoperative Care: Monitor patient recovery, manage rehabilitation plans, and ensure optimal surgical outcomes.

Emergency Care: Provide timely management of orthopedic emergencies, including fractures, dislocations, and trauma-related injuries.

Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for comprehensive patient care.

Documentation: Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, treatment plans, and follow-up reports.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess an MS/DNB qualification in Orthopedics with a strong understanding of musculoskeletal disorders, trauma management, and orthopedic surgical procedures. Good communication and clinical decision-making skills are essential for patient consultations and multidisciplinary coordination. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in orthopedic surgeries, fracture management, and postoperative care.
