Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team in Khanna Ludhiana Punjab This position is open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates. In this role, you will provide specialized care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and Treat Conditions: You will evaluate patients, use imaging tests, and perform physical exams to diagnose issues related to bones, joints, and muscles.

- Perform Surgical Procedures: You will carry out surgeries, which may include joint replacements, repairs of fractures, and treatments for sports injuries.

- Develop Treatment Plans: You will create personalized plans for patients, recommending both surgical and non-surgical options to aid recovery and improve mobility.

- Collaborate with Medical Staff: You will work closely with nurses, physician assistants, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

- Educate Patients: You will provide guidance to patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care to promote better health outcomes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in orthopedic surgery and a strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy. You should demonstrate excellent surgical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and collaborating with staff. A commitment to ongoing education and staying updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery is also expected. Qualification MS/DNB in Orthopedics Package LPM - LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
