Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team in Rampur Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for both new graduates and experienced professionals, with the opportunity to enhance your expertise in bone and joint health.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal issues, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations.

- **Diagnostic Imaging**: Order and analyze diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and MRIs, to accurately diagnose conditions affecting bones and joints.

- **Treatment Plans**: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include both surgical and non-surgical options based on the patient’s needs.

- **Perform Surgical Procedures**: Carry out various surgical procedures to treat fractures, joint replacements, and other orthopedic conditions, ensuring high standards of care.

- **Postoperative Care**: Monitor patients’ recovery after surgeries, providing necessary follow-up care and making adjustments to treatment plans as required.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in orthopaedic surgery and have a strong foundation in the latest surgical techniques.
