.1. You will have a deep knowledge of social media trends, meme templates, netspeak and internet culture.

2. Ability to frame quick witted and quirky responses on social media to customers who engage with the brand.

3. Having a good eye for sarcasm and ability to identify trolls, preferably in English and Hindi, other Indian languages are a value add.

4. Deep knowledge of both Bollywood and western music, artists, music genres, podcasts, related celebrities and their contribution to the universe of music.

5. Ability to identify potential tweets/posts of various users where brand engagement will lead to positive ORM.

6. Ability to cite lyrics as creative response befitting tone and scenario when coming across relevant engagement on social media.

7. An eye for upcoming artists

8. Familiarity with any social media tools such as Onedirect, Simplify360, sprinkle, Locobuzz etc is a plus

9. Excellent communication, verbal and written- English and Hindi

10. High attention to detail

11. Ability to identify critical issues and escalate before the post/comments catch traction.

12. Have a holistic understand of how brands engage with their customers on social media
